Since its establishment, Foryard’s manufacturing facilities have maintained the highest standards of quality control and assurance adhering to the QCP (Quality Control Procedures) for efficient and effective operations.

Every aspect of Foryard’s manufacturing process is monitored by its Quality Control Procedures which is in compliance with the ISO 9001:2000 certification standard. The QCP also requires a series of tests performed during assembly of the product, assuring that the best quality standards have been applied in every step of the manufacturing process.

With these innovative manufacturing process, Foryard Optoelectronics produce the best quality of Numeric LED Display, through-hole LED Lamp, SMD LED Lamp, High Power LED Lamp, LED Light Bar, Dot Matrix LED Display, LED Strip and LED Module for various applications in automotive, appliances, electronics, lighting, sign and display, as a backlighting, status indicators or front panel display…etc.

Production Facility

FORYARD owns 26,000 square meters of advanced production, testing, engineering design and research facilities. The production facility consists of several highly automated assembly lines and is equipped with advanced testing instruments. The factory is operated by a group of professionals, including more than 10 knowledgeable engineers and more than 200 experienced production line operators, can produce 20-50 million LED products and components per month.

Our facilities are designed to be flexible and scalable in order to meet each OEM/ODM partner’s outsourcing requirements. Our company’s goal of continuous improvement is embraced by continual expansion, constant modernization, the launching of new products, and the introduction of new technologies that closely reflect market expectations.
