Production Facility

Foryard’s manufacturing plant incorporates 60,000 square feet of advanced production, testing, engineering design, and research facilities. The production facility consists of six highly automated assembly lines, and is equipped with advanced testing instruments. This facility is operated by a group of the professionals, including 50 knowledgeable engineers and 600 experienced production line operators, and has the capacity to produce over 50 million – 80 million LED products & components monthly.

Our facilities are designed to be flexible and scalable in order to meet each OEM/ODM partner’s outsourcing requirements. Our company’s goal of continuous improvement is embraced by continual expansion, constant modernization, the launching of new products, and the introduction of new technologies that closely reflect market expectations.
